These terms govern your use of OpenedLeads, operated by INSIDE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL FZE. By creating an account you agree to them.
We sell business leads. Each lead is a local business we have identified as lacking a website, or having one that is out of date, together with a website preview we have already built for that business and the contact details you need to reach them.
Access is paid for in credits. One credit is one United States dollar. Unlocking a lead costs a number of credits shown next to that lead before you unlock it. Credits do not expire.
New agency accounts receive a one-time bonus of credits. The bonus is granted once per company email domain, and is not available to accounts created with free consumer email providers.
Credits are not money and are not redeemable for cash. We do not refund credit purchases. What we do refund, and without argument, is a bad lead — see below.
When you unlock a lead it is removed from the catalogue for everyone else. We will not sell that same business to another agency while it is yours. This is the core of what you are paying for.
If a lead turns out to be unusable — the phone is dead, the business has closed, the contact details are wrong — tell us and we return the credits to your balance. We do not require proof and we do not argue. The lead then returns to the catalogue for another agency.
This is not a performance guarantee. We sell you a contactable business and a preview to show them; we do not promise that the business will hire you.
You may contact the businesses you unlock and offer them your services. You may use the website preview we built as part of your pitch.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute our lead data as a list or database. You may not create multiple accounts to collect the sign-up bonus more than once. Accounts doing so may be closed and their credits forfeited.
When you contact the businesses, following the law is your responsibility — including the rules on unsolicited email and text messages in the country where the business is located.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we do not promise any particular number of leads in any particular trade or city at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
You can stop using the service at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Leads already unlocked remain yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and by the courts of Sharjah, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you may have where you live.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
